Position: ERA Chair Team Member – Senior Researcher

Field of study: Food Science and Technology

Suwimol Chockchaisawasdee received her Ph.D. in Food Technology (2004) at the University of Reading (UK) in development of novel prebiotics.

Her current research activities focus on agricultural by-products utilisation, Functional Food, and new food product development.
