Position: ERA Chair Team Member – Senior Researcher

Field of study: Food Science and Technology

 

Diana Baigts-Allende received her Ph.D. in Food Technology at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in the Food Technology department. She had a postdoc in the Food Physics department at Wageningen University and Research (WUR). 

 “I am glad to be part of the ERA Chair team and have the opportunity to contribute to addressing the understanding of food processability to develop affordable and high-quality products for most population groups with different needs and provide students the skills in food technology area.
