Successful PhD Thesis Defense

The DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre is proud to announce that Nujamee Ngasakul successfully defended her PhD thesis, “The Use of By-Products in Preparation of Functional Products,” on 26 June 2026.

Conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Iveta Klojdová, PhD, this research represents a valuable contribution to the advancement of sustainable food innovation by exploring the potential of food by-products in the development of functional products.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Nujamee on this outstanding academic achievement. We also express our sincere appreciation to her supervisor and the DRIFT-FOOD team for their dedication, guidance, and continued commitment to excellence in sustainable food research.

We wish Dr. Nujamee Ngasakul every success in her future scientific and professional endeavors and look forward to her continued contributions to the field of sustainable food systems.
