Successful PhD Thesis Defense

The DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre is proud to announce that Nujamee Ngasakul successfully defended her PhD thesis, “The Use of By-Products in Preparation of Functional Products,” on 26 June 2026.

Conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Iveta Klojdová, PhD, this research represents a valuable contribution to the advancement of sustainable food innovation by exploring the potential of food by-products in the development of functional products.
