The DRIFT-FOOD team has published new research in Foods (2025, 14(13), 2208) exploring the antioxidant activity and physicochemical properties of Blaťácké Zlato cheese in the article entitled Blaťácké Zlato Cheese: A Screenshot of Its Biofunctional and Physicochemical Characteristics
