Research Internship at Polytechnic University of Valencia

Drift Food Center PhD student Ali Kozlu is currently undertaking a research internship at the Institute of Food Engineering – FoodUPV, Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain.

Ali’s work focuses on developing a sustainable extruded snack using edible insects – a nutritious and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional snacks.

This research is being conducted under the expert supervision of Dr. Lucía Seguí Gil and Dr. Marta Igual Ramo, leading specialists in food processing and innovation at FoodUPV.
