Dr. Iveta Klojdová, DRIFT-FOOD Senior Researcher, presented her work entitled The Use of Apple Pomace in Dairy Products at 2024 Milk and Cheeses Conference organized as part of the National Cheese Competition in Prague on January 27, 2024 focused on the evaluation of sensory quality of natural and processes cheeses of Czech producers.
