Dr. Iveta Klojdová, Senior Researcher at DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre, presented a scientific talk at the Work Session of the Czech Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology focused on Nutrition and Immunity held in Prague in February 2024.

Based on Dr. Klojdová’s presentation, an article was published on proLekaře.cz entitled Functional Food: From Dried Crickets to 3D Printed Steak on April 4, 2024.
