In November DRIFT-FOOD team took part in Science4Business Speed Dating organized by SIC. Taking place at UCT – University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, the event focused on advanced food processing technologies, safe food production and sustainability and brought together 40 foodtech leaders from business, research and public institutions to enhance future cooperation of business and academic sector.
