EFFoST Conference in Bruges

DRIFT-FOOD team members took part in 38th EFFoST International Conference 2024 held in Bruges, Belgium, from November 12-14 2024, presenting posters focused on the “Use of Poppy Seed Cakes in the Preparation of Functional Products” and the “Impact of Eland Meat on the Nutritional, Sensorial Characteristics and Consumer’s Acceptability of Meat Products”.
The conference explored the ‘Future Food Systems: Innovation through Progress at Scientific Interfaces’ theme, hosted by KU Leuven and Ghent University.
