DRIFT-FOOD Senior Researcher, Dr. Teresita Martín-del-Campo joined 4th International Conference held in Heraklion, Greece in September 25-27, 2024 and in the Consumer Food Waste Prevention Session dedicated to awareness and behaviour change models and interventions presented her work entitled Valorization of discarded „Ranchero“ cheese whey through producing a functional fermented beverage with kefir grains.
