Dr. Teresita Martín-del-Campo, DRIFT-FOOD Senior Researcher, joined 22^nd World Congress of Food Science and Technology held on September 8-12, 2024 in Rimini, Italy, as a chairwoman to Analytics II Panel. Dr. Martín-del-Campo presented the outcomes of her work entitled Suitability of Mid-FTIR and multivariate statistical methods to discriminate commercial agave syrups according to the origin and production method.
