Thesis Successfully Defended
We are pleased to announce that Riccardo Lazzerini has successfully defended his Master’s thesis:
“Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) and Ultrasound (US) Assisted Extraction of Bioactive Compounds from Brewers‘ Spent Grain (BSG)” on May 18, 2026.
