Successful PhD Thesis Defense
DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre is proud to announce that Ali Kozlu has successfully defended his PhD thesis, “Insect-Based Milk and Dairy Analogues,” on June 4, 2026.
This research was conducted under the supervision of the ERA Chair Holder, Dr. Diana Karina Baigts-Allende, and represents an important contribution to the advancement of sustainable food innovation.
