Position: Laboratory Technician

Michaela Freyová received her engineer diploma in Chemistry and Analysis of Food and Natural Products (2024) at the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague (UCT), where she focused on evaluation of contamination of insect-based foods with chlorinated paraffins.

Her role in the team involves day-to-day work in the food chemistry lab, including operating equipment, sample preparation, chemical management, training new users, and contributing to technology transfer at the Food Technology Centre.”
