Dr. Klojdová, DRIFT-FOOD Senior Researcher, presenter her work entitled “The Use of Multiple Emulsions for Delivering Bioactive Compounds” at the 8th International Conference on FOOD DIGESTION held in Porto on April 9-11, 2024, under Session 2 focused on Bioaccessibility/absorption of beneficial and harmful compounds. The conference aimed at improving the health properties of food by sharing our knowledge on the digestive process.
