Collaboration with Gachon University, South Korea

DRIFT-FOOD has started a collaboration with a research team of Professor Hye-Jin Park from the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, Gachon University, South Korea https://www.gachon.ac.kr/sites/eng/index.do in the field of biomass valorization for functional food for the treatment of malnutrition in chronic diseases and elderly. To cover this complex topic properly, DRIFT-FOOD has also developed a collaboration with the research group of Associate Professor Tomas Milota from the Department of Immunology, Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and University Hospital in Motol, Czech Republic https://imunologie.lf2.cuni.cz/en All research teams have applied for joint Bilateral grant support.
