22nd Gums and Stabilisers Conference 2025

DRIFT-FOOD team members participated in 22nd Gums and Stabilisers Conference held in Wageningen, the Netherlands from June 3-6, 2025. Ms. Nujamee Ngasakul gave an oral presentation on the Development of Novel Bigels Fortified with Carrot Pomace, while Mr. Ali Kozlu presented orally on Antioxidant-loaded Electrostatic Hydrogels with Hibiscus Sabdariffa Extracts.
