Potential Cooperation with the University of Pisa
We were pleased to attend a series of lectures delivered by our colleagues from the University of Pisa on July 1, 2025.
For the past five years, the double degree program co-organized by the Czech University of Life Sciences’ Department of Food Science and the University of Pisa has fostered many valuable collaborations.
This visit offered an excellent opportunity to deepen our conversations – not only about student mentoring and the double degree program but also about expanding our research collaboration efforts.

Monica Agnoluci, who shared her expertise in microbiology, with a focus on mycorrhiza
Chiara Sanmartin, who presented on food chemistry topics including active coatings, shelf life, essential oils, toxicants, and sensory analysis
