DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre at Science4Business Event

 

On April 1, 2025, the DRIFT-FOOD Research Centre participated in the Science4Business speed dating event held at the Food Processing Training Centre of the Faculty of Agrobiology, Food, and Natural Resources (FAPPZ) at the Czech University of Life Sciences (ČZU) in Prague. This event organized by SIC provided a dynamic platform for establishing connections with pioneers in the food industry, fostering collaboration, and exploring innovative opportunities. Topics and trends covered included microbiome and fermentation, precision nutrition and smart supplements, nutricosmetics, sustainable ingredients and bioactive compounds.
It was a great opportunity to engage with up to 50 potential partners in a concise timeframe, maximizing networking efficiency and gain valuable insights into attractive projects, emerging technologies, and current trends shaping the food industry.​
