ERA Chair Holder
Head of the ERA Chair has a direct superiority over her team comprised of four new employees plus a Project Manager and at least four PhD students. The main responsibility of the ERA Chair Holder consists of implementation of Work Plans together with its co-leaders and the delivery of the expected and planned outputs.

Advisory Board
is composed of external and independent scientific experts, renowned scientists, chosen to complement the expertise and to maximize benefits. It is in charge for giving scientific input for strategic decisions and advises on scientific assessment and implementation of changes.
Management Committee
has the executive authority in the organizational structure. It monitors the timely preparation and execution of deliverables to control the attainment of objectives. The Management Committee consists of key faculty persons, namely: Pavel Klouček, Lenka Kouřimská, Markéta Sedmíková and Pavel Tlustoš.
Office Manager
ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the team’s administrative operations, manages procurement processes, tracks expenses, manages travel arrangements, facilitates seamless communication and coordination, and fosters a cohesive and collaborative environment.
Project Manager
cooperates with and is subordinated to the ERA Chair Holder. The Project Manager arranges for the timely execution and preparation of deliverables to assure the attainment of objectives. The Project Manager regularly checks the implementation of defined tasks and system control regarding the filling-in of activity reports, regularly monitors the Work Plan status measured against deliverable and milestone planning, controls deliverable timelines and quality in order to ensure timely and accurate work plan follow-up.
The position of the Project Manager is supported by the Financial Manager who looks after the financial aspects of the project. In cooperation with Project Manager the Financial Manager periodically assesses the spending of the budget in order to guarantee that any under- or over-spend can be promptly identified and rectified.
