On November 21, Doc. Iveta Klojdová, Ph.D., DRIFT-FOOD Senior Researcher, presented an inspiring scientific talk at the Lecture Evening organized by the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně in Pardubice focused on nutrition from the food technology perspective.
