Thesis Defense Achievement

We are pleased to announce that Eduardo Ortiz Solis has successfully defended his Master’s thesis:
“Pulsed Electric Field Enhanced Extraction of Bioactive Compounds from Agro-Industrial Residues”
on August 29, 2025.

Eduardo’s defense is part of the Joint Master Degree “Sustainability in Agriculture, Food Production and Food Technology in the Danube Region” (DAFM), a program dedicated to addressing the challenges of climate change and sustainable development in the food sector.
