Hands-on Workshop: Application of the PEF Technology in Food Industry.
On March 20-21, 2025, DRIFT-FOOD research team organized a two-day hands-on workshop on Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF) technology application in the food industry for stakeholders from the private sector and academic field. The renowned speaker, Dr. Mariana Morales de la Peňa of University of LLeida, provided an intersting insight into theoretical and practical aspects of the advanced technology.
